Steve is our Managing Director and has been with Bass Engineering since 1987.Starting on the shop floor Steve has grown the business to its current size and has extensive knowledge of clients and their products. Steve personally oversees the day to day running of the company and is dedicated to customer satisfaction.

Mark is our Production Manager and has been with Bass Engineering since 2006. Mark served a 4 year Toolmaking apprenticeship and has worked as an engineer since1990.  Joining Bass Engineering as a Precision Engineer working in the CNC Milling Cell, Mark is now responsible for the smooth and efficient running of all the production throughout the company.

Chris is our Sales Manager and has been with Bass Engineering since March 2010. He has over 25 years experience of sales within the plastics industry and brings both material and technical knowledge to Bass.  Chris is responsible for expanding existing accounts, developing new business and maintaining customer relations.

Caroline is our Office Administrator and has been with Bass Engineering since 2005.  Caroline is Steve's personal assistant and oversees the day to day running of the office.  She has implemented many improvements to the accounting department and is our ISO 9001 administrator, continuously working to improve internal procedures.

Dave is a Precision Engineer and has been with Bass Engineering since 1998. He is the elder statesman of the company with over 45 years experience within precision engineering.  Dave primarily turns metal
components within the CNC turning cell.

John is a Precision Engineer and has been with Bass Engineering since 2007. Having served a 4 year mechanical engineering apprenticeship he has worked as an engineer since 1993. John primarily turns plastic components in the CNC turning cell which has recently been expanded with the purchase of a new MAZAK Machine Tool in 2008.

Calvin is a Precision Engineer and joined Bass in December 2009. Having served a 4 year mechanical engineering apprenticeship and then gaining further BTEC ONC qualifications, he has worked as an Engineer since 1997. Calvin primarily works in the CNC milling cell, machining both plastics and metals components.
