Stephen Bass
Steve is our Managing Director and has been with Bass Engineering since 1987.
Starting on the shop floor Steve has grown the business to its current size and has extensive knowledge of clients and their products. Steve personally overseas the day to day running of the company and is dedicated to customer satisfaction.

Mark Webb
Mark is our Production Manager and has been with Bass Engineering since 2006.
Mark served a 4 year Toolmaking apprenticeship and has worked as an engineer since 1990. Joining Bass Engineering as a Precision Engineer working in the CNC Milling cell. Mark is now responsible for the smooth and efficient running of all the production throughout the company.

Caroline Ireland
Caroline is our Office Administrator and has been with Bass Engineering since 2005.
Caroline is Steve's personal assistant and oversees the day to day running of the office. She has implemented many new improvements to the accounting department and also works to develop existing and new business.

Dave Olney
Dave is a Precision Engineer and has been with Bass Engineering since 1998.
He is the elder statesman of the company with over 45 years experience within precision engineering. Dave primarily turns metal components within the CNC turning cell.

John Minter
John is a Precision Engineer and has been with Bass Engineering since 2007.
Having served a 4 year mechanical engineering apprenticeship he has worked as an engineer since 1993. John primarily turns plastic components in the CNC turning cell which has recently been expanded with the purchase of a new MAZAK Machine Tool in 2008.

Peter Hook
Peter is a Trainee Precision Engineer and joined full time in August 2009.
Peter has already developed skills in the operation and setting of the CNC Milling Machines and with guidance and training will learn how to set and operate the CNC Lathes as well as learning foundation engineering knowledge.
